பல் நீக்கம் செய்த பின் செய்ய வேண்டியவை / Things to be done after extraction
சிறிதளவு பஞ்சை நன்கு சுருட்டி பல் நீக்கம் செய்த பகுதியில் வைத்து இருக கடிக்கவும். 45 நிமிடங்களுக்கு பிறகு பஞ்சை அகற்றவும்.
Apply direct pressure to the extracted site, by firmly biting on a folded cotton. Remove the cotton after 45 minutes.
வீக்கத்தை குறைக்க, பல் நீக்கம் செய்த பகுதியின் வெளிப்புறத்தில், கன்னத்தில் ஐஸ் கட்டி ஒத்தடம் கொடுக்கவும்.
Apply ice packs to your face on the side of the extraction to control swelling.
அடுத்த 3 நாட்களுக்கு மென்மையான உணவுப்பொருட்களை உட்கொள்ளவும்.
Consume soft diet for the next 3 days.
அடுத்த 24 மணி நேரத்திற்கு நிறைய குளிர்ச்சியான திரவ உணவுகளை அருந்த வேண்டும், ஆனால் உறிஞ்சும் ஸ்ட்ற்றா மூலம் அருந்துதல் கூடாது.
Drink plenty of cold liquids for the next 24 hours but do not drink through straw.
மருத்துவரின் ஆலோசனைப்படி மருந்துகளை உட்கொள்ளவும்.
Consume medicines as prescribed by the doctor.
24 மணி நேரத்திற்குப் பின் மிதமான சூட்டில் வாய் கொப்புளிக்கவும்.
After 24 hours, rinse the mouth with luke warm water.
பல் நீக்கம் செய்த பின் செய்யக்கூடாதவை / Things not to be done after extraction:
பஞ்சை அகற்றிய பிறகு அடுத்த 24 மணி நேரத்திற்கு எச்சிலை துப்புதல் அல்லது வாய் கொப்புளித்தல் கூடாது.
After removing the cotton, do not spit or gargle for the next 24 hours.
பல் நீக்கம் செய்த இடத்தை நாக்கு அல்லது கைகளை கொண்டு தொடுதல் கூடாது.
Do not disturb the extracted site with tongue or fingers.
அடுத்த 3 நாட்களுக்கு சூடான மற்றும் காரமான உணவுப் பொருட்களை உட்கொள்ளக் கூடாது.
Do not consume hot and spicy foods for the next 3 days..
அடுத்த 7 நாட்களுக்கு மது மற்றும் காற்றூட்டப்பட்ட பானங்களை அருந்துதல் கூடாது.
Do not consume alcohol and aerated drinks for the next 7 days.
அடுத்த 7 நாட்களுக்கு புகை பிடித்தல் மற்றும் புகையிலை பயன்படுத்துவதை தவிர்க்க வும்.
Avoid smoking and tobacco consumption for the next 7 days.
பல் நீக்கம் செய்த பகுதியில் கடுமையாக பல் துலக்குவதை தவிர்க்கவும்.
Avoid hard tooth brushing on the extracted site.
